Do 30-Day Challenges Actually Work? - FPiD

I was a bit skeptical before launching the 30 Days - Win with Money challenge.

I wanted to be sure if these challenges actually worked in real life or if they were innovative marketing fads.

I wondered if it were so simple. Could you just do a few small daily tasks for 30 days and install a new habit or achieve measurable progress on a goal?🤔

If so, then why do we struggle with even essential good habits like exercise, eating healthy, reading, writing, etc.?

So I decided to do more research(Google search 😎) on this topic.

I wanted to find real-life examples of people who used this method to install a new life-changing habit.

So here are a few real-life examples of people who have successfully used this strategy to build a habit and get better in a particular aspect;

  1. Nayanika Saikia - Used the 30-day writing challenge on medium and by accident and earned enough to fund three semesters of her Masters Degree.
  2. Brian Crooke - Used the 30 Days Challenge to live the healthiest 30 days he'd ever spent on our planet!
  3. Dubai Fitness Challenge: More than 2.2 Million people participated in this year's fitness challenge. Fifty-two percent of participants logged between 30 and 60 minutes of daily activity. While 24 percent pushed themselves further and clocked in more than 60 minutes a day. arabianbusiness.com
  4. I also found many before and after pictures of the 30-day fitness challenge results.

After reading the above, I gained confidence. For sure, 2.2 million people cannot be wrong! 

So I continued my research and found some more interesting articles and examples.

💪🏼Armed with more than adequate proof that these challenges actually work, I went ahead and launched the 30 Days Win With Money Challenge.

This challenge aims to educate people on the basics of money and build good money habits.

By successfully participating in the challenge and completing the daily tasks, you will have achieved the following;
